Box labels (standard and custom) have been added to aid in marking your loads.
They are based upon the Avery 8164 labels measurements.  They should work with other brands that are set up the same way with the same dimensions of an 8.5" x 11" page of six labels, each measuring 3.5" x 2.5".  You can access the box label maker from the tools menu and selecting Labels or pressing your Ctrl and F5 keys simultaneously.
First you would select if you would like to make a standard label, which would leave the field names as you see them when the window opens, such as Date,  Description, Bullet or you could choose to make a custom label where you can change the names of the fields to whatever you would like.
If you select custom you would then need to click on each field name and in the message box text box type in a name for your field.  It can be anything you would like up to 12 characters long.
Next select whether you would  like Auto Build, which would allow you to view your label being made as you type in the text boxes or Manual Build.
If you select Manual Build you will not see what your label will look like until you finish typing in the fields text boxes and click the Make Label Button.
After making those selections you would type in the corresponding text boxes what you would like to appear on your labels.  Now you can select how many labels to make.
If you want to fill a full page of Avery 8164 labels (3.5 x 2.5) you would select page.
You can choose to print on any of the six labels by selecting the corresponding numbers box.
If you would like to save this label for future printings click on the Save Label Button.  Enter a descriptive name for your labels in the message window that will appear and click OK..
You will see your saved labels listed in the Saved Labels list box.
You can input any of these saved labels information by simply double-clicking on the one you want.  Once you have made all your selections click on the Print Button.
To clear all information from the text boxes and make a new label just click on the New Button.
